Regular bookings qualify for 10% discount on prompt payment. Charges will be reviewed in September 2027.
Additional Information
Kitchen
All groups are invited to use the kitchen to make hot or cold drinks. Courtesy and consideration towards other building users is expected. It may occasionally be necessary for people using other rooms to walk through the hall or the lounge to gain access to the kitchen. The kitchen serving area is open to the main hall. It may also be accessed directly from the lounge.
Car Parking
The church does not have a car park however the shoppers' car park off Westminster Road (Bishop St) is close by. Turn left out of the car park entrance then 1st right down the alleyway for pathway to church side entrance. £1 for 2 hours or after 6pm. £1.50 for 4 hours.

Please be aware:-
In accordance with national Methodist policy, alcohol cannot be supplied, sold or consumed on Methodist premises, nor may Methodist premises be used to promote the use or sale of intoxicants. Likewise Gambling is not permitted on Methodist property, however certain activities in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 and solely for the purpose of raising money for charity may be permitted.

Hall (12m x 9m approx)..... £25.50 per hour
Capacity 100 (seated).
If using 6 seater rectangular tables 72 max.
Children’s Parties - 55 max including children, adults and organisers.
Children's parties in hall £75 for up to 4 hours including setup and tidy up time. If party is for preschool children, it is possible to have access to Chester Toy Library toys in return for a donation to the toy library

Despite appearances, in 2007, the original pipe organ was replaced with a Bradford system digital organ. For those who understand such things, the organ has 3 manuals and 45 speaking stops.
We also have a good quality piano permanently in the church suitable for concert performances

Snooker Room
Snooker Room ..... £10 per hour
WIFI available
Our full size snooker table is in an upstairs room so may not be accessible to anyone with mobility issues.
The snooker room is available to hire to people over 25.
No food is allowed in the snooker room
If you want to see or try out our snooker room, come along to one of our regular social groups on a Wednesday afternoon or a Thursday evening.
